Pallet Racking
Pallet Rack Uprights, also known as Upright Frames, are the vertical supports in a pallet racking system. To build a pallet racking structure, two upright frames are needed on each side to support horizontal beams. The system can be added on to in the future and once the first structure is in place, only one additional upright is needed per bay to add on to a current rack system. Upright frames come in various heights and post sizes depending on the height, strength and weight capacity needed and are highly customizable.
Vertical Carousel
Automated storage and retrieval system using a series of shelving units mounted on a closed loop track. When commanded, the shelves will rotate along the track vertically to bring items to operator.
Mezzanine
A mezzanine is a structure that stands alone and is constructed within an existing building. This structure is designed to maximize space under and above it which creates additional space for storage or offices. These are extremely durable structures; they are designed to sustain heavy loads. It is usually engineered for specific needs. These are great for creating other levels using your existing space; if you need more space allow mezzanines to build up instead of out.
Lean Lift
Comprised of storage shelves located at both the back and front of the machine, where items and/or parts are stored in containers using height optimized positions. The storage locations are accessed electronically using the extractor, which automatically stores or retrieves the requested container. The user-friendly system is fully adjustable to operational requirements. Every shelf position can be automatically modified & dynamically altered to suit stored item height, providing extremely high storage density.
